​The development of new synthetic method based on the radical processes, organocatalysis and transition metal catalysis is the primary focus of our group. Along this line, the group currently concentrates on developing novel organic transformations employing molecular oxygen as a source of oxygen atom or benign oxidant. Furthermore, the group has profound interest on designing and developing  new reactions and principle for catalysis toward synthesis of organic molecules with high regard to pharmaceutical and material applications.
